PCK Recruitment 2025: Graduate Office & Field Trainee Positions
Under the Plantation Corporation Training & Development scheme, PCK is selecting candidates for training in the following roles at Thannithode Estate:
- Graduate Office Trainees
- Graduate Field Trainees
Training Duration & Stipend:
The selected trainees will undergo training for a maximum period of 3 years. During this period, they will receive a monthly stipend as follows:
- First Year: Rs. 13,000/- per month
- Second Year: Rs. 14,000/- per month
- Third Year: Rs. 15,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria (as on 01/01/2025):
- Educational Qualification:
- For Graduate Field Trainees: A BSc. Degree from a recognized University
- For Graduate Office Trainees: A Degree from a recognized University with Computer Knowledge
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 36 years of age.
- Age Relaxation: Eligible age relaxations will be provided for reserved categories as per rules.
