Imbichi Bava House Maintenance Scheme 2025–26 is a financial assistance programme by the Kerala Government for widows, divorced and abandoned women from minority communities. Eligible applicants will receive a ₹50,000 non-repayable grant for repairing and maintaining their houses.

Who Should Apply for Imbichi Bava Scheme?
- Women belonging to Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Parsi or Jain communities.
- Widows, legally divorced women, or women abandoned by their husbands.
- Applicant must be the sole income earner of the family.
- House must be owned by the applicant or her spouse.
- House area must not exceed 1200 sq.ft.
- Families under Below Poverty Line (BPL) will get priority.
Who Is Not Eligible?
- Applicants who received house construction or renovation assistance from any government department in the last 10 years.
- Widows whose children are working in government or semi-government jobs.
- Applicants owning houses larger than 1200 sq.ft.
Each eligible applicant will receive a financial assistance of ₹50,000 for house repair and maintenance. This amount is non-repayable.
