Selection Procedure

The selection process may include an online test, psychometric test, or any other suitable test, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and/or Interview. The Bank reserves the right to modify shortlisting criteria or the interview process if the number of applications is too large or too small.

Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test:

  • Candidates will be shortlisted for GD and/or PI based on their online test performance and cut-off marks.
  • Minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI: 60% for General; 55% for Reserved Category.
  • Final scores combine online test, PI, and/or GD scores.

General Conditions & Important Notes

  • Candidates must be citizens of India or specific other categories as per government rules.
  • Selected candidates will be on probation for 12 months (1 year).
  • A Service Bond of 3 years (or Rs. 5.00 Lakhs in lieu) is mandatory.
  • Applicants must maintain a CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining.
